Role Overview:
The Secretary will handle all organizational and administrative duties, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize meeting minutes and records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all organizational activities.
- Facilitate communication between board members.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, events, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with administrative tasks and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
