Secretary

Role Overview:

The Secretary will handle all organizational and administrative duties, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize meeting minutes and records.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all organizational activities.
  • Facilitate communication between board members.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, events, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
